It’s very great for fitness and fun

This machine is legit! It is great for working out and practicing boxing. I bought this for my son as a reward for winning his tournament and he loves it. It even has a Bluetooth feature where you can play your favorite songs. The volume is great, it can be very loud or quiet depending on how you enjoy it. As for installing, you can either use the sticky tab that it came with or the Velcro. It doesn’t matter as both are great (I tried both and they stick very well). In all, this is a great item worth your money.
