Heavy Product Definition: Items exceeding 66 lbs (30 kg) in net weight.
Oversized Product Definition: Items exceeding 108 inches (274 cm) in unilateral length or 165 inches (419 cm) in perimeter.

Order Processing

Delivery Procedures

Standard Deliveries

Specialized Deliveries

For heavy or oversized items, our specialized delivery service will:
  • Contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Deliver to the nearest accessible entrance of your delivery address
  • Require signature confirmation upon delivery
Please note that our standard delivery service does not include:
  • Assembly of products
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Installation services
