I bought it for my daughter for Christmas. I think it's an age-appropriate distraction, a great way to practice sports, and spend time as a father-daughter family, although I expected better quality from the boxing gloves that come with it.
I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this as much as I do—it’s surprisingly fun and actually gives you a decent workout. The lights, music, and reactive targets make it feel more like a game than exercise, but you definitely break a sweat. It has a bunch of modes and speeds, so it doesn’t get boring, and even the kids like jumping in to try it. The built-in Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch too—being able to punch along to your own music makes the whole thing feel more engaging.
The setup was super easy since it sticks to the wall, and it doesn’t take up a ton of space. I was a little skeptical of the foam padding at first, but it actually absorbs impact well and feels solid enough for adults. It’s not some pro gym equipment, but for the price, it delivers a good balance of cardio and fun. Great for people who want to stay active without doing the same boring routines.
This is great for kids. I tried it and you work up a serious sweat in minutes. Great exercise. You could also use it to take out aggression or even fight boredom!
